PROCEDURE

the responsibility of the user to ensure that any

product is held and served at a safe tempera-

ture.

To set thermostats on EZ-Topper

™

 PRESS BOTH SWITCHES TO “OFF” POSITIONS.

 UNPLUG CORD.

Caution- Hot:

If unit has already been in use, unit may still be

hot. Allow unit to cool before continuing.

 REMOVE PUMPS, POUCH SUPPORTS, AND

PRODUCT POUCHES.

 TURN UNIT OVER TO REST UPSIDE DOWN ON

COUNTERTOP OR TABLE.

 LOOSEN SCREWS SECURING THERMOSTAT

LOCKS/DIALS, BUT DO NOT REMOVE SCREWS.

 SET THERMOSTATS AT RECOMMENDED

PRODUCT SERVING TEMPERATURE;

ROTATE THERMOSTAT LOCKS/DIALS BY HAND

TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE.

 TIGHTEN SCREWS TO LOCK THERMOSTAT

SETTINGS.

If EZ-Topper

™

is not heating properly,

prior to returning for any warranty work,

please reset the thermostats to ensure proper

unit heating.

TO RESET THERMOSTATS; ROTATE THERMOSTAT

LOCKS/DIALS BY HAND. ROTATE CLOCKWISE COM-

PLETELY AND THEN ROTATE COUNTERCLOCKWISE

COMPLETELY.

THEN SET AND LOCK THERMOSTATS.












